About Khushbu

Khushbu Srivastava is a senior fundraising professional dedicated to social justice and sustainable resource mobilization. With a proven track record of helping 15+ nonprofits surpass their fundraising targets, she has raised over $30 million for social justice, gender equity, and LGBTQ+ rights initiatives. Having worked across 15 countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe, Khushbu brings a global perspective to her work. Outside of fundraising, she finds joy in gardening, hiking, and cooking.

About Jeff

Jeff Pollastro is an artist and communications expert passionate about empowering nonprofits through technology, digital communications, and data-driven storytelling. With experience leading comprehensive communications strategies and digital campaigns, Jeff helps organizations effectively convey their impact.  He is dedicated to helping organizations with social justice as their priority. Previously, he led a Manhattan-based design and art firm.  Jeff enjoys creating music, organizing monthly mixtapes with his kids, and volunteering for the local youth basketball programs.  John Coltrane, Freestyle Fellowship and the artists of Leimert Park (specifically Project Blowed in LA) are the heartbeat of his lifelong passion.

As a husband-wife team, we bring over 25 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, advocacy and communications. Haki Consulting prioritizes working with organizations led by people of color, women, LGBTQIA+ people, non-documented, formerly incarcerated and other traditionally excluded groups.
